Vision Boards Workshop
What is a Vision Board?
A vision board is a board of any sort used to create a collage of images and words that you cut out from various magazines, as well as print them of Internet, or write, or even draw them by yourself.
A vision board is a visualisation tool that serve as your image of the future and it represent your dreams, goals, and your ideal life.
Creating a vision board is an opportunity to:

allow some time and space to gain clarity about your dreams, your goals and an ideal life you would like to create for yourself,

become an active participant in envisioning and creating the life you wish to have and the person you wish to be,

place all your dreams and goals into a visual representation
-
visually express a general outline for your desire life or focus on specific areas in your life: relationships/ work & career/ health & well being/ spirituality/ hobbies and holidays, etc.,

have fun and feel vibrant doing something that speaks to your heart in a meaningful way,
-
tap into your creativity in an easy and playful way,
-
put your intention and ideas into manifestation using this simple and powerful technique.
Structure of the day
We’ll start the day with a cup of tea or coffee and an easy informal introduction and then in a relaxed atmosphere around the dining room table, with my guidance, you’ll start gaining more clarity about what you really want to create and manifest in your life. You'll also gain insight into what stands in the way of creating those things. The idea here is to guide you to look under the surface and align with your deeper self so that you can get in touch and manifest your authentic desires.
Just before lunch we shall start the fun part of leafing through magazines looking for images and words that speak to you.
Once you have a nice pile of images you’ll select those that make you say ‘’Yes! This is what I definitely want in my life!’’ and you’ll arrange and paste them in a way that best expresses your creativity, personality and your individual style. Here again guidance will be offered. Just remember for as long as you are having fun creating it, loving the images and words you have chosen then there isn’t a wrong way of doing a vision board.
At the end of the day you will go home with a creative piece of work that will serve as a constant visual reminder of your life goals and dreams connecting you with positive feelings that these images arouse in you.
What do you need to participate in this workshop?
All you need to do participate in this workshop is to register and bring your dreams, goals and desires. And, if you think you do not have any dreams or goals, then you just need to come with openness to explore and allow your imagination and creativity to flow.
Do not worry, you will be guided and coached in the process of gaining clarity about your dreams and goals, as well as the actual process of creating a vision board.
For the actual physical creation of the vision board you will need a pair of scissors, some old magazines, glue, writing and colouring pens, a notebook and vision board backgrounds, all of which will be provided.
For Whom?
Anyone who wishes to gain more clarity about their dreams and goals and wants to get much more deliberate and proactive in creating and manifesting a life of their dreams.
It can also be an occasion for a group of friends to celebrate a birthday or mark an important milestone in a fun and creative way while creating a vision board and deepening mutual connection.
